Singing dog AI duet: can my two pets sing together?
Tiny Desk AI is a singing dog AI generator that turns one or two pet photos into a 5, 10 or 15 second singing video, from $4.99, 3 free credits on sign-up. Two photos (dog + dog, dog + cat) make both pets sing in one shot. Videos are 480p to 1080p MP4s (2K on MiniMax H3), from 23 credits; until your first purchase they carry a small moving site mark and come in 9:16 or 16:9 only, not 1:1.

A sharp, front-facing photo with the mouth and nose free works best. With two photos, photo 1 sings on the left.
This is exactly what the model reads. Change the scene, the outfit or the mood; @Image1 is your first photo, @Audio1 your song.
Sound is part of the video: the singing voice and the music, or your own song.

Both stand side by side in a kitchen. The poodle strums a ukulele and sways while the cat lifts its paws and sings the long notes; each keeps its own face and fur from start to end.
Can AI make two pets sing together?
Yes. Upload one photo of each pet and the generator puts both in one continuous shot, the first photo on the left and the second on the right. The scene prompt has them take turns: the left pet sings the first line while the other listens with its mouth closed, the right pet answers, and they sing the last line together. It is one generation, so a duet costs the same as a solo at the same model, length and resolution (from 23 credits).
Every scene has a duet version: two towels and two hair dryers in the bathtub, two vintage microphones on the stage, one shared microphone in the studio, two party hats at the birthday cake. The prompt asks the model to keep each animal’s species, breed, size, fur and markings from its own photo and never blend the two.
Singing pet AI examples
One clip with two pets in the same shot, then one single-pet clip for each scene the tool makes. In a duet the second pet joins the same scene.
Two pets in one shot: a poodle and a grey cat · 15 s
Both stand side by side in a kitchen. The poodle strums a ukulele and sways while the cat lifts its paws and sings the long notes; each keeps its own face and fur from start to end.
Bathtub opera, one cat · 10 s
Wrapped in a white towel with a hair dryer in one paw and a brush in the other, a ginger cat closes its eyes and holds the high notes. In a duet the second pet stands beside it in its own towel.
Stage, one golden retriever · 7.5 s
A red curtain, a wooden floor and a vintage microphone on a stand; the dog in a bow tie keeps one paw on the stand and croons. The duet version puts a second microphone beside it.
Recording studio, one chihuahua · 10 s
Headphones, a studio microphone with a pop filter and a mixing desk; the camera pulls back from the face to the whole dog while it sings. Two pets share one microphone in the duet prompt.
Happy Birthday, one corgi · 5 s
Balloons, streamers and a cake with lit candles; the corgi sings to the camera and its ears stay its own. The birthday scene adds a paper party hat and sings the name you type.
One photo of both pets, or two separate photos?
Use two separate photos, one pet each. The tool reads photo 1 as the pet on the left and photo 2 as the pet on the right, so each animal gets its own reference. A single photo with both pets in it is treated as one singer: the model picks one face to animate and the other usually stays still or drifts. If your only picture shows both pets, crop it twice, once around each face, and upload the two crops.
| What you upload | What you get | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Two photos, one pet each | A duet: both pets in the same shot, each keeping its own look | You want both to sing (recommended) |
| One photo with both pets | A solo: one face sings, the other is not steered | Avoid; crop each pet into its own photo instead |
| One photo, one pet | A solo with the full scene to itself | Only one pet should sing |
| Two photos of the same pet | Two copies of one animal side by side | A deliberate “twin” joke; looks odd otherwise |
Photos: JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, at least 300 px per side, not wider or taller than 2.5:1. Front-facing, mouth and nose visible, one animal per photo.
Who sings which line in a pet duet?
You steer the order, not every syllable. With typed words, the left pet (photo 1) starts, the right pet (photo 2) answers and both sing the last line, so write two or three short lines and put the shared one last. With your own song, the pets take turns on its vocals. The model decides the exact split, and fast lyrics or a long verse in 5 seconds blur who sings what.
Keep the words short: two or three brief lines suit 10 seconds, and 15 seconds leaves room for a short verse and a chorus. In the birthday scene the words are fixed: both sing “Happy birthday to you … dear [the name you type]”, as much of it as fits.
You can edit the prompt above the button. Changing “they take turns” to “they sing every line together” gives a unison chorus instead of turns.
Which pets can sing together? (AI singing animal pairs)
As an AI singing animal tool it is not limited to dogs: any two pets with a clear face photo can share a duet: two dogs, a dog and a cat, two cats, or a dog with a rabbit, hamster or parrot. Pairs of similar size and face shape come out most even. A big dog next to a hamster or a bird gets the hardest job, because the small animal’s mouth is a few pixels wide and the model tends to scale the two toward each other.
| Pair | How it usually comes out | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Dog + dog | The most reliable; both muzzles move clearly | Two different breeds or colours stay apart best |
| Dog + cat | Works well; the cat’s smaller mouth moves less | Put the cat in a close, front-facing photo |
| Two look-alike pets | Faces may swap or merge between frames | Use photos with different backgrounds, collars or poses |
| Big dog + hamster, rabbit or bird | The small pet can grow, shrink or barely sing | Choose 720p or higher and the stage or studio scene |
| Pet + person | Not what this tool is for; people are not kept as cast | Upload pets only |

How to make a dog singing AI video with two pets
Upload a front-facing photo of each pet, pick a scene, choose what they sing, then pick a model, length and resolution and press the button. The price is on the button before you start; most videos take two to five minutes, and Seedance 2.5 adds a few minutes to check the photos first. The finished MP4 has the singing in it.
- 1
Add two photos
Photo 1 sings on the left, photo 2 on the right. One pet per photo, face and mouth clearly visible.
- 2
Pick a scene
Bathtub opera (towels and hair dryers), stage (vintage microphones), studio (headphones and one shared mic) or Happy Birthday (cake, party hats, a name).
- 3
Choose the sound
Let the AI sing words you type (or Happy Birthday with a name), or upload your own MP3 or WAV of 2–15 seconds with clear vocals.
- 4
Pick model, length and frame
Seedance 2.0 Mini is the default; 5, 10 or 15 seconds; vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9, plus square 1:1 once you have made a purchase.
- 5
Generate and download
Tick the photo-rights note and start. The video stays in your recent videos if you leave the page; download the MP4 when it is ready.
Is there a free singing dog AI app?
There is no app to install here: it runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows and saves an MP4. It is not free to finish a video, though. The 3 sign-up credits are fewer than the cheapest video (23 credits), and videos made before a first purchase carry a small moving site mark. The other singing pet tools ChatGPT recommends work the same way: a small free taste, then paid.

What a singing pet duet can’t do
A duet here is two pets, one shot, up to 15 seconds. It cannot give each pet a voice you choose (the model sings both, or both share your uploaded vocals), cast three or more pets, follow a long song past 15 seconds, or lip-sync a fast rap syllable by syllable. MiniMax H3 cannot use your own song at all; choose a Seedance model or Wan 3.0 for that.
It also does not make two pets talk to each other in a conversation: the prompt is written for singing. And it is a fresh generation every time, so two runs of the same settings never come out identical.
Fixing a duet: swapped faces, one silent mouth, a merged animal
Most duet problems come from the photos, not the model. Faces swap or blend when the two pets look alike; one mouth stays shut when that pet’s photo is small, side-on or covered; sizes drift when one photo is a close-up and the other a full-body shot. Retake with two similar close-ups first, then try a stronger model; every retry is a new video at the same price.
| What you see | Likely cause | What to change |
|---|---|---|
| The pets swap faces or turn into one animal | Two look-alike pets, or two very similar photos | Different collars, backgrounds or angles; try Seedance 2.5 |
| Only one pet sings | The silent pet’s mouth is hidden, small or side-on | A front-facing close-up with the mouth free |
| One pet grows or shrinks | A close-up next to a full-body photo | Crop both photos the same way (head and shoulders) |
| Extra paws, a floating hair dryer | Busy props and fast motion in the bathtub scene | Use the stage or studio scene, or a longer length |
| Mouths drift off the song | Fast vocals or a clip longer than the video | Trim the song to the chorus, same length as the video |
What is the singing dog AI trend?
Singing dog AI is the habit of turning a still pet photo into a clip where the animal lip-syncs a song. It started with photo-animation apps around 2022, went viral again in November 2024 with a toy poodle mouthing a Chinese rap (SKAI ISYOURGOD’s “Yin Guo”, the “mountains of gold and silver” lines), and in October 2026 turned into pets in a bathtub, wrapped in a towel, singing opera into a hair dryer.
Duets are the natural next step for anyone with more than one pet: the joke lands harder when the dog and the cat trade lines. This page makes the generic version of each scene with your own pets; it does not copy any one viral video.
Singing dog AI duet FAQ
Can my dog and my cat sing in the same video?
Yes. Upload the dog as photo 1 and the cat as photo 2 (or the other way round) and both sing in one shot, side by side. Use a close, front-facing photo of the cat: its mouth is smaller, so it needs more pixels to move clearly.
Will each pet get its own voice?
Not one you choose. With typed words the model writes and sings both parts itself, and there is no voice setting per pet. With your own song both pets share its vocals, taking turns.
Can three or more pets sing together?
Not here: the singing tool takes at most two pet photos. For a larger group, make two duets and join them in an editor, or pick the two pets with the clearest photos.
Can my two dogs sing Happy Birthday with a name?
Yes. Choose the Happy Birthday scene, keep “AI sings my words” and type the name (up to 30 characters). Both dogs wear party hats at a cake and sing “happy birthday dear [name]”, as much of the song as fits the length you pick.
Can the duet sing our own song?
Yes, with a Seedance model or Wan 3.0: upload an MP3 or WAV of 2–15 seconds with clear vocals and the pets take turns on it. MiniMax H3 only sings typed words. Only upload a song you may use.
Does a duet cost more than a solo?
No. The price depends only on the model, the length and the resolution, from 23 credits; the second photo is free. The button shows the exact price before you start.
Is singing dog AI free?
Not for a full video. New accounts get 3 credits, fewer than the cheapest video (23 credits), and videos made before a first purchase carry a small moving site mark. Any purchase removes the mark, including from earlier videos.
