Refund Policy
When Tiny Desk AI refunds a payment: within 7 days, if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Failed videos refund their credits automatically.
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This Refund Policy explains when Tiny Desk AI ("we", "us") refunds a payment for a credit pack. It forms part of our Terms of Service. There are no subscriptions, so there are no renewal charges.
1. Refundable payments
You can ask for a full refund of a payment when both of these are true:
- you ask within 7 days of that payment, and
- none of the credits added by that payment have been used.
This applies to every credit pack, including the $4.99 trial.
Once any credit from a payment has been used to make a video, that payment is no longer refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
2. Billing errors
We always refund when you were charged twice for the same order, or when the credits from a payment were never added to your account and we cannot fix it.
3. Failed videos
You do not need to ask for failed videos. When a video fails or is refused, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. These are credit refunds, not money refunds.
4. How to ask
Email support@tinydeskvideo.org from the address on your account and tell us which payment you want refunded. We check the payment date and whether its credits are unused, then reply by email.
When we refund a payment, the credits it added are removed from your account. The money goes back to the original payment method through the payment provider; how long it takes to appear depends on that provider and your bank.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Payments made before a change follow the policy in force on the payment date.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
